My name Is Rosen, I have been braiding for over 20yrs. I graduated from Kenneth Shuler School Of Cosmetology. I am a licensed cosmetologist and a licensed braider. Deposits can not be transferred and are nonrefundable. Your deposit Is to hold your spot. Failure to show up within 15min will result in a cancelation, your deposit will not be refunded and you will owe a 50% cancelation fee. Policy is in place because someone could've had your spot. Please read all service info before booking to make sure you book the correct service. If you feel as though you booked the wrong service, please text or call me so I can change it for you. Once service is booked, you can not🚫🚫 change it the day of the appointment due to time frame. Your specific style has a time frame and if I allow you to change it, you will go into the next clients appointment time. Braid services require you to pay the available balance before starting the service soon as you sit down. Due to covid/pandemic please do not bring extra guest unless they are getting a service that day. Your health and safety means everything to me. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
